1. Definition of natural rubber SVR 3L

SVR 3L (equivalent to technical rubber TSR 3L) is a high-quality natural rubber, in granular form, popular in primary rubber and produced by many factories in Vietnam. The source of raw materials for producing natural rubber SVR 3L is latex. Raw latex is divided into two main sources: gardens owned by state-owned companies and latex purchased from smallholder rubber growers, large plantations and traders.

Application:

To meet the requirements of L or 3L products, it must satisfy important characteristics such as Po, color (Lovibond), dirt content, pitting… as specified in TCVN 3769:2016 standard. With high PO parameter properties (PO > 35), SVR 3L natural rubber products are applied to products requiring high elasticity as well as high abrasion resistance. Common applications of SVR 3L natural rubber include car tires, belts, electric cables, bicycle tubes, gaskets, other rubber parts in cars… In addition, SVR 3L is also used in products that require bright colors, high quality belts, electric cables, shoe soles, medical products, electronic industry, high quality products in the medical industry…

4. SVR 3L RUBBER PRODUCTION PROCESS

SVR 3L is produced entirely from garden latex according to Vietnamese standards (TCVN:3769). Latex is preserved with ammonia or sodium sulfite. The rubber is then coagulated with formic acid, followed by shredding by passing through a mill, washing system and chopper. After the latex is dried, it is compressed into blocks and packed in polyethylene bags. The standard SVR 3L rubber is light in color, has low dirt content and is odorless. Natural rubber SVR 3L (TSR 3L) must be circulated in a cool, dry and covered warehouse, and protected from direct sunlight, rain, dirt, insects and other pests and strong impacts during storage, transportation and unloading.
